IndiaTimes is reporting that a Chinese company has duplicated Bajaj-Pulsar, an Indian Motor Bike and is selling them in Latin America under the brand, Gulsar. India is the larget manufacturer of MotorBikes in the world. It is now becoming apparent that upto half of Chinese manufacturing facilities don’t respect IP rights and hence can claim to be a low cost manufacturer in the world. Earlier I reported that Huawei, a major telecom giant has violtaed laws in almost all the countries.
